    Screen Printing/ Machine Operator

    Job Summary

    Responsible for setting up and printing using manual screen printing press by the following instructions on job dockets. Perform troubleshoot on printing press machine and UV curing unit to achieve the best printing quality possible.

    At least 3 years experience in screen printing industries, details oriented, fast self-learning individual, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities

    • Understand basic printing quality guidelines for the screen printing industry.
    • Able to perform color match ink mixing utilizing a spectrophotometer.
    • Perform troubleshoot and screen quality check and repair.
    • Perform preventative maintenance on equipment.
    • Perform other tasks in different production processes as needed, including operating laminating, and cutting equipment with some training.
    • Maintain a clean and organized workstation.
    • Utilize computer to enter data in the company ERP system.
    • Ability to work multitasking in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
    • Follow standardize work procedures and adhere to safe work practices in a continuous improvement environment.

    Qualification.

    • Screen Printing Industry experience.
    • Active participant in a collaborative team environment.
    • Eager to learn and share knowledge with team members.
    • Prioritize safety and maintain clean and organize work areas.
    • Perform other tasks in different production processes as needed, including operating laminating and cutting machines.
    • Maintain a clean and organized workstation.
    • Physical demands require constant standing and lifting heavy screens.
    • Some mathematical skills for calculating percentage and ratio as well as tolerance in dimension.
