A global supplier of technologies and engineered systems was looking for a durable nameplate with deep relief copy which could perform in an environment with temperatures up to 400F.
The challenge
The nameplate client requires must be compatible with high-temperature conditions. Normal nameplates could not provide a deep enough relief. A unique solution is required when combined with such high-temperature requirements.
Our solution
Melrose provided the customer with a range of samples for heat testing. Our die-cast aluminum product line checked all the boxes about function and aesthetics, including .025” – .028” depth!
