Processing efficient incoming and outgoing shipment activities including all related documentation required for overseas shipments and arranging logistics with shipping/freight companies.
Job Responsibilities
- Manages the shipment of all products, materials, and supplies
- Collaborates and communicates with logistics service providers and others involved in the shipment of products
- Tracks, traces, and updates the status of outgoing/incoming shipments
- Data Entry using the EXACT system and filing
- Maintains a clean, organized area
- Maintains an accurate fast pace of daily moves, packaging, counting, and data entry accurately in the system
- Engages with vendors, drivers, and production team with a positive attitude
- Provides additional backup support in other areas as needed
Working hours
Monday to Friday – 6.30 AM to 15:00 PM*
*Possibilities for overtime as needed.
Qualifications/Skills Required
- Data Entry and sorting outgoing stock
- Pulling, packing, and loading
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Strong sense of time organization and urgency
- Able to work independently and within a team
Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
- 6 months logistics, retail, or customer service experience preferred
- Forklift Certification within 90 days of job entry date
- Able to lift up to 50lb weight
- Exposed to some outdoor environment
