Membrane Switch Prototypes
Lead time: Melrose can ship some membrane switch prototypes in as few as 5 days and nearly all within 10 working days.
$1000 Prototype includes:
- Feature and material selection engineering
- Overlays with velvet finish, and unembossed buttons,
- Less than 17”x 23” outside dimensions
- Velvet texture LCD windows
- Approximate color matches (no limit on number of colors)
- Conductive silver on PET circuit
- Metal snap domes or light touch actuation
- Conventional high performance adhesives
- NEMA IP65 waterproof frame
- Zero insertion force; zif (>=.020” pitch) or .100” pitch connectors
- Assumes mostly complete vector graphic and dimensional files supplied by customer
Label Prototypes: Lead time: 5 working days or fewer.
